Job Description

What will you do?

Account management & growth (key accounts / mid-market):

  • Day-to-day ownership of assigned customers in Poland and the Czech Republic (phone, email, onsite meetings).

  • Monitoring customer activity (volumes, machine usage, planned investments, satisfaction).

  • Proactively identifying new sales and cross-/up-sell opportunities (e.g. additional machines, software, services).

  • Preparing and presenting commercial offers and tailored solution proposals.

  • Coordinating internal stakeholders (service, marketing, customer success) to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Monitoring, reporting & analysis:

  • Regular preparation of customer reports (pipeline, project status, risks, opportunities) and regional sales performance.

  • Analysing market trends in Poland and the Czech Republic (competition, business models, digital printing trends).
