Job Description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

Essential duties & responsibilities:

Sales

  • Manage & implement local sales strategies, tactics & execution per year in line with country objectives. Accountable for growing sales in existing accounts and growing new accounts. From time to time, may be required to cover surgical cases.
  • Create & maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders including but not limited to:Chief ExecutivesProcurementKOL’s
  • Maintain appropriate levels of company quality serviceCorporate policy, legislation and quality compliance to meet national and international standards.Appropriate risk and asset management across all areas of responsibilityEmployee engagement scores (Q12)
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute product launches, marketing events, HCP interactions, and needs assessment.
  • Build capability of Sales Team through creating & implementing local rep training plans and ongoing coaching.
