Sales Manager- Farm

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the market reach and profitability of the farm’s langka and pomelo products. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding distribution channels, and ensuring consistent sales growth.

Job Specification:

• At least college level
• At least 3 years of experience in agricultural sales, fresh produce trading, or food distribution
• Knowledge of fruit supply chains, pricing, and distribution channels.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to farms, markets, and client locations.
