Job Description
Avicanna is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales in Ontario's cannabis sector. Focus on building relationships and achieving sales goals for Rho Phyto and Viola.
This role involves managing and cultivating relationships with cannabis retailers in Ontario. You’ll work closely with the National Key Account Manager and the VP of Commercialization to meet revenue goals. Your efforts will directly impact product distribution and the growth of Avicanna's cannabis brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed projected sales targets based on market analysis
• Work in the field with retailers 3-4 days per week
• Support product knowledge sessions and retailer training
• Track retailer engagement and sales processes
• Participate in industry events representing Avicanna
Requirements:
• 3 years in cannabis account management and sales
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
