**Job Description Summary**
Reporting hierarchically to the CEAP Commercial Leader. The Sales Manager for Grid Automation in Japan is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies in coordination with local channel partners, the growth team, tendering and operations teams.
In this role, the candidate will have opportunity to travel across the country and instrumental in developing the key customer approach, with which are accountable for Sales Strategy Definition and Implementation, developing Customer Intimacy, Business Development, and Order Intake, while ensuring the strict application of GEV’s Ethic, Compliance, and processes.
