Sales Manager – Healthcare IT (UAE)
Role Summary

Senior commercial role responsible for driving partner‑led growth in the UAE healthcare IT market, with full ownership of channel performance, forecasting, business planning, and cash collection. Acts as a trusted executive interface to key partners and, when required, directly manages strategic healthcare accounts.

Key Accountabilities
Define and execute UAE channel strategy across distributors, resellers, and system integrators

Build and manage a robust sales funnel; own accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts

Prepare and execute annual and multi annual business plans aligned with revenue, margin, and cash objectives

Ensure strict credit control and timely collections in collaboration with finance and partners
