Job Description
Drive overall hotel revenue and profitability of all FDC Hotels by achieving or exceeding individual and teams monthly revenue and goals. Work to develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients within the designated areas or accounts to support the strategy of account retention, penetration, and prospecting activities. Maintain the highest standard of account coordination with all concerned departments and ensures management policies and procedures are effectively observed to meet or exceed clients expectations. Serves as primary contact to assigned accounts and is responsible for the overall account handling and coordination with respective hotels.
