Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Ownership (Primary KRA)

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Drive project-based selling and avoid transactional sales
  • Ensure margin protection and prevent price erosion
  • Achieve order booking and billing targets

2. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage complete sales cycle:
  • Lead generation Specification Tender Negotiation Closure Execution
  • Maintain strong conversion ratios
  • Ensure early-stage involvement in projects

3. Dealer & Channel Management

  • Develop and expand dealer/distributor network
  • Ensure dealer target achievement, market coverage, and pricing discipline
  • Support dealers with technical inputs, site coordination, and client meetings
