Job Title: Sales Manager - Insurance Brokerage Location: UAE Industry: Insurance Broking/Agency Salary: AED 10,000+ per month Commission: Up to 70% on personal leads Incentives: Team-based performance rewards Career Growth: Rapid advancement + potential company shares based on performance Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 5 sales professionals. 
Oversee daily sales floor operations ensuring efficiency and productivity. 
Track team performance and drive achievement of revenue targets.

Analyze key sales metrics to suggest and implement growth strategies. 
Coordinate effectively with back-office, external partners, and senior management. 
Recruit, train, and inspire team members when required.
