Sales Manager

I am looking for an experienced Sales Manager for a leading global supplier of automation solutions, components and systems for the machinery and process industries. In this role you will be leading an internal and external sales team as will as growing and developing the business across Ireland. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of external sales engineers and internal sales support staff. Support the development and growth of the team and ensure sales targets are being met Own and grow strategic customer relationships, managing the full sales lifecycle and expanding the portfolio with selected key accounts. Identify and convert new business opportunities by suggesting tailored products, solutions, and services. Work closely with the Management, Marketing and Distribution teams to put in place growth strategies.
