**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and execute regional sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets for aggregates in North Texas.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and stakeholders to grow market share.
+ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify and drive new business opportunities.
+ Collaborate with operations, logistics, and pricing teams to ensure reliable product delivery and optimized profitability.
+ Develop and coach the sales team, setting clear expectations, tracking performance, and fostering continuous improvement.
