Job Description
- Build relationship with Key Business Decision Leaders (mostly C-Suites) and establish/maintain positive business and customer partnerships
- Account Management on Key and Existing clients of Thakral One
- Present, promote and sell the company’s products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Build and maintain industry specific pipeline and drive sales and growth aligned with the organizations overall sales and business development strategy
- Reach out to new customer and/or leads through cold calling, Lead and conduct presentations or company overview as needed.
- Proven track record in developing strategic alliance and partnership with principals and SI’s and can support the end-to-end process for channel management
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
