 :General Purpose of Job
Be responsible for developing and executing PP APAC sales strategies in Japan, to drive for higher volume and better COMA growth. 
Prioritized Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company standards regarding EHS and Ethics, both for self and team. Ensure full compliance with Competition Laws.
Deliver sales plans and budgets in line with PP global/regional business strategy.
Manage distributors with regular review meetings, to ensure distributors’ sales development approach to be in line with PP business strategy.
Look for growth opportunities in new markets and customers, work with marketing managers to evaluate these opportunities and execute plans.
Represent Japan as a subregion by actively participating in regional activities to share insights with the team and management.
