Sales Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for promoting and selling range of toner powder (Toner Business) and related products to customers.

Responsible for developing, managing, and servicing customer accounts in allocated territories and new potential areas.

Collaborate closely within company's technical departments to drive successful business development with existing and new customer accounts.

Prepare quotations and follow up with company's shipping departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Track customers' feedback, monitor and analyze product performance and usage while providing appropriate recommendation and solution where necessary.

Provide pre-sales and after-sales service support including product consultancy and problem resolution.

Coordinate and organize meetings internally and externally to achieve the above objectives.

Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.
