Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right flooring products for their needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Coordinate with builders and foremen regarding flooring selections, sales, and installation scheduling
Support warehouse operations including material flow, organization, and local order fulfillment
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience in the wood flooring trade
Construction knowledge preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
