Sales Manager

Kaizen Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager – Ortho to lead our orthopedic portfolio in Lahore. If you are passionate about healthcare, leadership, and delivering strong business growth, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the orthopedic portfolio
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and key healthcare professionals
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Ensure effective territory management and coverage
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
Candidates with Pharm D degree will be highly preferred
4–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably in Orthopedics)
