Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right flooring products for their needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
• Coordinate with builders and foremen regarding flooring selections, sales, and installation scheduling
• Support warehouse operations including material flow, organization, and local order fulfillment
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in the wood flooring trade
• Construction knowledge preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
