A fast-growing Software House is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Growth Manager (Sales Manager) to lead and scale its sales operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly & annual customer acquisition targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Lead field sales, telesales & channel partner sales teams
• Monitor daily sales pipeline & conversion metrics
• Recruit, train & manage sales executives
Education:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
(MBA preferred)
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Hands-on experience in SaaS, POS, Fintech, ERP, or Software Sales preferred
