Sales Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in water treatment, industrial equipment, or environmental solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems, processes, and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for water treatment solutions, including RO plants, STP/ETP systems, BOO models, and filtration systems.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers.
