A distributor of Alcoholic Beverages, based in Trans Nzoia County, with a strong footprint in the distribution of alcoholic beverages within the region and beyond. With a growing portfolio and multiple satellite outlets, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales and distribution operations. .
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team, overseeing sales operations in all outlets and routes, and ensuring that targets, distribution goals, and stock management processes are effectively met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coach the sales team (Van Salesmen, Assistants, and System Superuser) to ensure peak performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, route accompaniments (minimum 3 per week), and submit performance reports.
