Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue for Alpha X's factory automation and industrial IT solutions (e.g., AMHS, equipment automation, MES/MCS, analytics) while maintaining disciplined pipeline hygiene.
Identify, prioritise and develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts and channel partnerships.
Own the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities from qualification to handover, ensuring clear commercial scopes and executable commitments.
Lead customer engagements and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders (CxOs, engineering, manufacturing, procurement).
Presales & Solution Consulting
Translate customer requirements into tailored solution proposals, business cases and ROI focused value propositions.
Lead solution demonstrations, proof of concept trials and technical presentations with internal solution teams.
