Job Description :

• Define strategy for new Aqua-Terra Solutions Singapore and Malaysia entity.
• Representing all aspects of the company's operations in the country.
• Managing all operations within a county, including manpower, budgets, planning and reporting.
• Overseeing the budget and financial performance of the country's operation, such as profits, revenue and quality targets.
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business and expand into new markets.
• Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Any ad-hoc assigned by Sales Director.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred or related field.
• Relevant experience in country leadership role leading industrial business, manufacturing, or capital equipment sectors;
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and build strong cultures.
