Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

A.Market Research and Analysis (Business Development)

• Designs and executes market analysis to determine market trends, changing demands and requirements of the target market.
• Solicits feedback on products and services and relays information to superior for input on product development - annual performance survey for TAWI/Quadsys and end of project survey for Easyhomes;
• Makes recommendations on product improvements based on feedback of clients;
• Prepares sales forecast based on reliable assumptions;
• Prepares budget for the marketing and sales department, monitors consumption vs. budget;
• Approves the weekly itinerary of the sales team,
• Leads and supervises new product launches;
• Prepares feasibility studies and facilitates new products’ market testing
