Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our US Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the US market
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are consistently met
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Maintain sales reports and track KPIs
Ensure high-quality client communication and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and results
