About the Role

An excellent opportunity exists for a hands on, motivated and passionate Sales Manager. You must have proven success as a Sales Manager. A rigorous understanding of the psychology of sales, the ability to implement & monitor sales strategies and motivate a sales team will all be key attributes of the successful candidate.

The objective of this role is to lead, support and develop the membership sales team and to achieve the overall sales targets of Next Gen, Canberra. You should be passionate about working with people and have exceptional leadership qualities.

This role reports to the Club's General Manager and Group Sales Manager. Next Gen has genuine opportunities on offer to progress your career locally, interstate or even overseas.
