Sales Manager

Responsible for building and managing the inhouse and agency force, setting up the inhouse and agency structure, and ensuring the sales targets are consistently met. This role involves sales leadership, team development, performance monitoring, and the implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth. The Sales Manager will play a key role in establishing the agency, motivating the sales team, and achieving the company's revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Relevant experience m inimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate account management, business development in fund management, bancassurance, asset management, or banking
• Certificates, Licenses UITF certification exam, CISOL licensure exam
