JOB SUMMARY

• Lead and manage the assigned Sales team to effectively perform and meet the Company's sales expectations and target.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Sales Plan & Execution

• Assist in the establishment of targets and opportunities to expand the Company's business and clientele base in Ministry of Health (MOH) and private sectors.
• Assist in the development and execution of the Company's sales plan covering sales, revenue, expense controls, targets, competitive activities, market trends and historical data to expand the Company's business.
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure that the Company stays updated on the pharmaceutical industry and able to make informed business decisions.
• Conduct sales action meetings, creative role plays and participate in marketing dialogues to generate and provide sales insights.
