Sales Manager

The Sales Manager – Protective Coatings is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer relationships across Peninsular Malaysia. This role focuses on protective and marine coating solutions for industries such as oil & gas, marine, infrastructure, power, and heavy industries, while ensuring alignment with PPG's commercial strategies and technical standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Protective & Marine coatings (PMC) business in Peninsular Malaysia and Brunei.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, consultants, shipyards, fabricators, applicators, and contractors
• Work closely with technical service teams to provide coating solutions, specifications, and application support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure compliance with internal CRM and reporting systems
