We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth for our publishing products, including books and digital materials. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, build strong relationships with distributors, bookstores, and institutional clients, and identify new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
• Lead and coach the sales team
• Manage key accounts, DepEd and other partnerships
• Analyze market trends and sales performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years in sales (preferably publishing or retail), with managerial experience
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
