Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the entire sales function across country. This role involves developing and executing a cohesive sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across all freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and cross-border logistics.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver country field sales budget (volume & Gross Profit) and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth targets for the country, in alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team, providing strategic guidance, setting performance standards, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and team performance, ensuring robust reporting, forecasting, and the effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track progress against KPIs.
