Sales Manager

The Sales and Customer Care Manager will direct the overall strategy, daily functions, and performance of the Sales and Customer Care Department. This role will ensure alignment with Busy Bees customer-centric brand, overseeing inquiry responsiveness, sales conversion, service excellence, and client retention. This position will also serve as the lead in cross-department coordination to ensure seamless execution from booking to aftercare.
What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?
Set and monitor performance targets across KPIs: sales, upsells, subscription closures, CSAT and CRM accuracy.
Supervise daily shift coverage and execution quality across all platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, IG, Viber, SMS, Email).
Lead regular calibration, upskilling, and coaching of all team members.
Manage critical escalations: Level 2 complaints, customer recovery, booking disputes, and service concerns.
Lead Development and rollout of spiels, SOPs, templates, and internal scripts.
