Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and energetic Sales Manager to help us continue to scale and grow our business. You will maximize the potential of our Product Specialists, refine our medical sales approach, and ensure a strong, recurring presence in clinics and aesthetic medical institutions. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily field execution, justifying plans to upper management while coaching your team in real-time.
Strategic Account Management: Directly manage and cultivate relationships with key doctors, sepcialists, and clinics. You will act as a primary point of contact for high-priority accounts, ensuring long-term growth and high retention.
Team Leadership & Field Coaching: Lead a scale a team of Product Specialists (Med Reps). Spend significant time in the filed to provide curbside coaching , helping specialists navigate complex clinical sales and relationship management.
