Sales Manager

Hotel Casiana & Events Center Tagaytay, now under La Vie Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager (Manila-based) to drive business development and strengthen client relationships in the Manila market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key accounts in Manila
Drive sales visits, client engagement, and market activation
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with the regional commercial team to maximize RevPAR and ADR performance
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably with Manila-based accounts
Strong network in corporate, MICE, and leisure segments
Results-driven, proactive, and excellent relationship management skills
Tagaytay market knowledge is a plus
Location: Manila (frequent travel to Tagaytay)
