• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage key accounts (hospitals, clinics, specialists)
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Lead and guide sales team to meet performance goals
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Handle overseas and local shipment arrangements, including coordination with suppliers and logistics partners
