Introduction
An established national business is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and aggressively grow its Corporate Sales Division.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with direct accountability for revenue growth, team development, and strategic expansion within the B2B corporate space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and grow a corporate sales and administration team
• Drive new business acquisition and expand existing key accounts
• Own senior client and stakeholder relationships
• Set and deliver against ambitious sales targets
• Forecast sales performance and report at executive level
• Implement and refine B2B sales strategies and processes
Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years' B2B sales management experience in South Africa
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving strong revenue growth
• Strong people management and performance coaching skills
