Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make strategic decisions
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
