Duties and Responsibilities
• Drive Sales Growth with Key Products o Strategically promote and increase the sales volume of core pesticide and biological products tailored for banana, pineapple, and other high-value crops. o Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across Visayas and Mindanao.
• New Customer Acquisition o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including local distributors, agri dealers, cooperatives, plantation operators, and growers. o Conduct field visits to introduce product solutions and build business relationships in underserved or high-potential areas.
• Customer Retention & Account Management o Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring consistent support and service. o Provide agronomic advice, technical support, and product recommendations to help customers achieve better crop outcomes, increasing brand loyalty.
