Sales Manager
 to drive revenue growth, build long-term customer relationships, and expand our global aerospace and defense footprint. This is a 
fully remote
 role.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across aerospace, defense, and MRO markets
• Manage and grow key customer accounts
• Lead pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Track market trends and customer demand to guide sales strategy
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines using CRM and ERP systems
• Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction
