Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets, developing effective sales strategies, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations. The role involves driving revenue growth, mentoring Property Specialists, and ensuring strong client relationships, particularly for high-end and leisure real estate projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course
• With one year of experience as a Sales Manager in a real estate developer
• Proven experience handling high-end or leisure real estate projects
• With a ready team of three to five Property Specialists
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
