Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

**Responsibilities

• Market and sell the Company's housing condominium and parking units to prospective buyers on an exclusive, independent contractor basis
• Assist buyers in completing and submitting all required documentation for transactions (e.g., reservation forms, computation sheets, valid IDs)
• Collect buyer payments only in authorized forms (crossed checks payable to the Company) and transmit them promptly; cash handling is strictly prohibited
• Meet or exceed required monthly sales quotas and maintain acceptable efficiency and cancellation rates
• Comply with the Company's goals, policies, rules, and performance standards
• Adhere to the Seller's Code of Ethics and all company rules and regulations
