Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads, trains and motivates team to achieve maximize productivity
• Ensures implementation of area plans at a designated time frame
• Works out activities and programs with their assigned accounts for flawless execution.
• Ensures profitability in serving accounts assigned through thoughtful execution of trade support and national programs

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 5 years working in FMCG/Retail handling HORECA, Key Account , Institutional and Corporate accounts
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Knowledgeable in Key Account Development / Business Management
• Has excellent problem solving and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of presentation skills
• Knows how to drive
