Role Overview

A fast-growing Payment Organisation, with presence of more than 30 years, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia , with a primary focus on the Philippines and Thailand market .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives in the Philippines and Thailand, while supporting broader SEA market growth across sales, marketing, GTM planning, and key account management.
• Define and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business KPIs, including revenue forecasts and performance reporting.
• Oversee local POS and payment hardware operations to maintain stability, security, and customer satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally with technical, service, delivery, and product teams to address customer needs, resolve escalated issues, and ensure smooth internal coordination.
