Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia, an executive recruitment firm is partnering with a global freight forwarding in hiring a Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding Logistics field with good track record of leading sales growth. 

This position is based in Penang.
Job summary:
The chosen candidate will be an independent sales contributor who is responsible to ensure the efficiency of sales and service by identify and promote logistics solution to targeted industries and new customers.
Job responsibilities:
Hunt and drive sales across Malaysia targeted market segments to increase business growth and market penetration in northern or central region respectively.
Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve market share, sales and margin.
