To manage sales performance of Sales Executives to achieve their individual sales target
To plan and execute team sales plan in achieving the monthly and annual acquisition target
To communicate and liaise with credit initiation, policy and other departments on issue related to loan acquisition
Managerial 
To plan, set and ensure monthly sales target by Individual Sales Executive is achieved
Coach and develop Sales Executives to enhance their Product Knowledge and selling skill
Coach and motivate the Sales Executives and create a highly charged and aggressive sales team
