Job Description
We are building a tech-enabled Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business in Malaysia, serving enterprise clients across offices, R&D, and industrial sites. We're looking for a
true hunter
who can
win new business independently
— generate leads, run meetings, build proposals, negotiate, and close.
This role is
not
account servicing only, and
not
a title-only position. It's hands-on sales with clear revenue responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Own new business sales end-to-end: prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline (MNCs + local enterprises)
- Sell IFM / Hard FM (M&E) / Soft FM governance / compliance support (and related site services)
- Work closely with operations to ensure scope clarity, pricing accuracy, and deliverable commitments
- Maintain CRM discipline and weekly reporting on pipeline, forecast, and wins
