• Exclusively promote and offer all current residential products of Alveo Land Corporation
• Recruit and train Property Specialists
• Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director
• Meet the set sales quota of the company
• Report directly to the Sales Director
• Minimum Qualifications: Have several years of experience in managing people in sales
• Knows how to hire the best sales people
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
• Excellent leadership skills
• Can adapt his/her leadership style to motivate sellers with different levels of experience and backgrounds
• Results-oriented
