Your Role

As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Ayala Land Premier properties through advertisements, open houses, and various sales and marketing initiatives. You will build and maintain a strong professional network while assisting clients throughout the buying process. This includes advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal and documentary requirements, and helping them identify properties that best suit their needs. You are also expected to meet quarterly sales targets and communicate the value and advantages of investing in Ayala Land, Inc. properties.
