Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Tech Savvy Sales Manager & Closer with a superb command of the English language who can manage cold callers, run outreach systems, and personally close deals by phone and email. This role does not require cold calling, but it does require strong phone closing skills and leadership.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Highly Organized and Strong in Managing and supervising a team of cold callers / lead generators
• Reviewing and improving call scripts, objection handling, and lead quality
• Receiving qualified or warm leads from the calling team
• Closing deals by phone and email (required)
• Managing and tracking all leads and sales activity in Zoho CRM
• Overseeing outreach workflows using Kiki and email campaigns
• Creating and optimizing follow-up sequences
