PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties is looking for a Sales Manager to build, coach, and lead a high-performing project-based sales team for our PHirst Batangas projects.

We need someone who knows Batangas — its roads, its barangays, and its buyers. Local familiarity is a strong advantage.

What you'll do:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Property Specialists and Sales Directors

- Drive weekly and monthly sales targets across assigned Batangas projects
