Sales Manager – PHirst Park Homes (NOMA 2: Balanga / Hermosa / Magalang, Bataan & Pampanga)

PHirst Park Homes, a flagship brand of Century Properties Group, Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager to build, coach, and lead a high-performing project-based sales team for our NOMA 2 communities in Bataan and Pampanga.

Where you'll be selling:

- You will lead a field-based sales team focused on PHirst Park Homes communities in:

- Balanga, Bataan – PHirst Park Homes Balanga

- Hermosa, Bataan – PHirst Park Homes Hermosa

- Magalang, Pampanga – PHirst Park Homes Magalang

We need someone who knows Bataan and Pampanga — its roads, its barangays, and its buyers. Local familiarity is a strong advantage.

What you'll do:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Property Specialists and Sales Directors
